For those visiting abroad, choosing where to stay is very important. The right choice of staying location can make or break your vacation. For those going to Vietnam, choosing where to take advantage of that Danang hotel discount, here are some pointers to keep in mind for that perfect vacation.

  • Da Nang City Centre
    • Located in close proximity to the Da Nang International Airport and the My Khe and Non Nuoc beaches, Da Nang City Centre is the best choice if you want to have the most options for your stay, with nearby beaches, malls, restaurants and even some more historical locations such as the Da Nang Cathedral, and the Cham Musuem, this is the best place for those that want flexibility, or just want to stick close to the airport. The nightlife is also booming and vibrant amidst the wonderful views of Han River and Dragon Bridge, though be wary; the traffic here can be problematic at the peak hours.
  • My Khe Beach
    • Once a popular hotspot for American forces during the war, My Khe is a good choice for those who want to remain in close proximity to the city centre, but still enjoy that beachside holiday in Da Nang. My Khe is a more seasonal destination, more crowded during the weekends and holidays, though whether that’s a good thing is up to you. The beach isn’t far from the Son Tra Mountain, which holds the Linh Ung Pagoda, and the large statue of the Goddess of Mercy. If you’re willing for a slightly longer trip, buses and taxis can easily take you to either the Hoi An Ancient Town, the Hue Imperial City, or, if you feel like it, the Phing Nga Caves.
  • Non Nuoc Beach
    • For those with a Danang hotel discount who want to enjoy the beachside vacay experience, but think that My Khe is still too close, Non Nuoc is farther from the bustle of the city centre, though at a mere 10-minutes of driving away, it isn’t inconveniently Host to five-star luxury hotels, international golf courses as well as more historical and meditative locations such as the Marble Mountains and the Co Co/Stork Neck River, the area offers quite a few options. Though you will be sacrificing a bit of the nightlife experience.
